Have a question? Here are some common questions and answers:

 

1.How do I find out about new internal job postings?

All current internal job opportunities at Intercare are listed under our "Employment Listings" tab. When a position closes, it will be removed from our website.

 

2How long are internal jobs open for?

Internal jobs will be open for 4 days. You must apply before midnight on the day the job closes in ordered to be considered.

 

3Why aren't there any jobs in the current openings?

We may not have any internal jobs vacant at the moment. Check back daily for jobs as they become available.

 

4How will I know if my application is successfully received?

If your application is successfully received, you will receive a thank-you message after you submit your application. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided in your profile. If you are ever in doubt, please contact the HR Assistant at 403-255-4969 Ext. 117

 

5. Why doesn't the system need the line code and posting number?

As you need to click on a specific job in order to apply, your application will automatically go to that job. 

 

6. How many times do I have to setup a profile?

You only have to create a profile once. The next time you apply for an internal posting, you will click on the "Existing Resume/CV" button. If you forgot your login information, please contact Silkroad directly for assistance 

 

7. Who can I contact if I am having issues applying?
